H-109 CourseTwo

A. Objective: This Program continues to build on the foundation established by H-108. The student must be seriously committed to his profession and want to become highly proficient in the techniques of establishing a deep hypnotic state within the client. This program is for the person that aspires to condition clients who must undergo intensive surgery and are allergic to chemical anesthesia, that tend to be excessive bleeders, or are in the need to learn deep power napping.

E. Description: This course builds on the foundation established by H-108. It consists of the techniques necessary for a student to aid the client in achieving the Esdaile State (hypnotic coma), catatonic state, and Sichort State levels of hypnosis. Included are the utilization of specific suggestibility, induction, and deepening techniques. The students are provided with step-by-step instructions and scripts necessary to achieve these levels of depth.

F. Teaching Methods: The class instructions will include theory, lecture, class discussion, video presentation, practice sessions video taped and critiqued by students and instructors, student demonstrations , and small group activities.

G. Testing: Students will be asked to demonstrate all of the techniques learned at appropriate times during the day, every day. Students will also be required to take and pass a written examination at the completion of the course.
